Abby spots the gap and drafts the message.

A free afternoon is more useful when you can see who is due to rebook and what you could talk to them about. Abby brings the context from your CoWorkz account into a suggested action, right where you work.

  • She checks your calendar and your clients
  • She drafts a follow-up that picks up where you left off
  • You review, edit and send only if it feels right

Make the day make sense.

Availability, services and booking requests live in one calendar. New requests wait in their own list until you confirm them, so your diary only changes when you say so.

  • See your week and your open time at a glance
  • Review each request before it reaches your calendar
  • Keep payments next to the appointment they belong to

Give good clients a reason to return.

Keep the notes and history that make your service personal. CoWorkz shows who is due to rebook, and Abby prepares a follow-up that mentions what you talked about.

  • Client notes and history in one place
  • A clear list of who is due to rebook
  • Follow-up drafts you review and edit

Turn your services into content ideas.

Content Studio starts from the work you already do. You get a brief, a caption draft and the right formats, then you add your own client-approved footage and post it.

  • Ideas based on your services
  • Caption drafts for reels, posts and stories
  • Publishing is manual during beta

Be found for the work you do.

Give people a branded place to see your services, understand your prices and book. Guidance on local visibility helps the right clients find you.

  • Services and pricing on a page that looks like you
  • A simple booking journey
  • Local visibility guidance

Less chasing. More clarity.

Payment links, requests and status sit next to the appointment they belong to, so you can see what needs attention without searching. Available where payments are set up on your account.

The quiet leak

“I’ll book next time” is the most expensive sentence in your salon.

Clients mean it. Then life happens, the colour grows out and the next booking never gets made. Put in your own numbers and see what that is worth.

Your numbers

25
A$150
40%

Think of the clients who say “I’ll message you.”

How it is worked out

Appointments per week, times 46 working weeks, times the share who leave without booking, times what they spend. Your numbers stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

What that adds up to

Revenue at risk every year

A$69,000

460 appointments a year leave without a next booking.

20%

That is roughly

A$13,800

a year back in your chair.

Simple arithmetic on the numbers you enter, over 46 working weeks. It is not a forecast or a promise of results, and some of these clients would rebook on their own.

Questions

Good questions, clear answers.

Who is CoWorkz for?

The first beta is for independent hair and beauty professionals: chair renters, freelancers and studio owners who manage their own clients and brand. The wider product direction is independent service businesses.

Is the beta really free?

Yes. Testing is free membership available now and we do not ask for payment details. Create an account and start testing immediately. Any future paid plan will be explained separately.

What makes Abby different from a separate AI chat?

Abby works with the business context in your CoWorkz account, so a booking, a client note or a content idea can inform a practical next step. You review and edit her prepared work in the same workspace.

Will AI send messages or publish without me?

No. Abby prepares suggestions and drafts for review. Client messages, payments, social posts and ads are not sent or launched automatically on your behalf.

Can I try it before changing my existing software?

Yes. Use beta access to explore CoWorkz and give feedback before you decide how it fits your business. Ask us about your existing tools and data, because migration and integrations depend on your setup.

Where are you based?

Perth, Western Australia. We are working with independent professionals in Perth first.
