Who handles your enquiry

CoWorkz is operated by The Beauty Basement Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia. Privacy enquiries can be sent through our contact form, with “Privacy” in the message.

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, enquiry type and message you provide. Your company and phone number are optional. We also record the submission time, the page used to enquire and your agreement to this notice. Our form uses a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention; it does not store your raw IP address in the enquiry record.

Why we collect it

We use your information to assess and respond to your enquiry or free beta application, manage follow-up and protect the form against misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored using our existing Supabase service and made available to authorised administrators through our internal lead and notification tools. This website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process information outside Australia; our current enquiry database is hosted in Japan.

Access and retention

Enquiry records are private and are not published on the website. We keep them while needed to handle your enquiry and related business discussions, or where a legal obligation requires retention. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your details through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or a marketing analytics tracker. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. Third-party sites linked from this website have their own privacy policies.
